Rob Urry, Chief Executive Officer

President and CEO, Rob Urry, is a 30-year electronics industry veteran and has been a significant force in the local electronics industry, progressing from design engineer in a small entrepreneurial technology company to President of two North American business units with almost $200 million in worldwide annual revenue, and providing hundreds of jobs locally, nationally, and internationally. In addition to domestic business oversight, Rob had worldwide CTO responsibility for a dozen industry-leading high-tech brands dispersed throughout North and South America and Europe, accounting for nearly $700 million in annual revenue. He also led the establishment of new design centers in China, India, and Canada. Rob is a highly-creative, technically-astute, and hard-driving strategic thinker. In his formative years, Rob was at times labeled a “disruptive influence”, and with Zyntony he is applying this in-born trait to the renewable energy market. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, and has been awarded 17 U.S. patents and associated international patents.
